Voiceover: The first blow came when my job stopped providing my health insurance. The next one came when Peggy had a stroke.

Voiceover: 1 out of every 8 people in Missouri has no health insurance. It’s a crisis that’s cutting lives short and causing costs to skyrocket.

Insure Missouri is a plan before the state legislature to extend affordable coverage to 200,000 uninsured working people.
Having health coverage promotes early treatment and prevention. This reduces the need for costly emergency room care and can lower health costs for everyone.
But our legislators need to hear from you.
